About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Niagara Children's Centre. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children and youth to improve their participation and quality of life through a variety of activities and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify the strengths and needs of children and youth
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve participation and quality of life
  • Work with children and youth with complex profiles of needs to deliver an interdisciplinary approach to care
  • Collaborate with community partnering agencies to provide outreach services in the home, community, or school
Requirements
  • Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Strong interest or experience in School-Based Rehabilitation, Autism Spectrum Disorders for Preschoolers, Active rehab for 0-18yrs with various neurological, developmental and/or physical challenges
