We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at St Catherine Physiotherapy Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans for clients with physical, mental health, and neurological conditions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Provide education and training to clients on topics such as pacing, pain management, and cognitive behavioral strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in case conferences and case management
- Support return to work programs and provide guidance on task modification strategies
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
- 1-3 years of experience in occupational therapy
- Previous experience treating clients with physical, mental health, and neurological conditions
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation and supporting return to work programs is an asset
