To support their expansion plans, they are seeking a Sales Strategy Director to develop and deliver a sales strategy that aligns with the business's revenue growth plans and its customers' market growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that unlock potential in the market
  • Collaborate with sales and food product development teams to determine the best approach and design a targeted sales strategy
  • Perform market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing with a deep understanding of insight and category marketing approaches
  • Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of sales processes and data-driven marketing insights
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to express a value proposition to external decision-makers
  • Business development skills with the ability to influence without authority at the team, management, and senior executive level
