Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Hair House Salon Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining work records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
