Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication
    • Greets clients and directs them to the appropriate service area
    • Provides information and answers questions to clients and the public
    • Obtains and processes information required to provide customer service
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Orders office supplies and maintains a well-stocked front desk
    • Records and relays information as needed
    • Schedules and confirms appointments
  • Financial Transactions
    • Receives and issues payments
    • Calculates billing charges
  • Technology and Communication
    • Uses computer software to manage appointments and client information
    • Answers telephone calls and relays messages
  • Work Environment
    • Works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • May be required to work in a standing position for long periods
