About the Role: Senior Solution Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Data Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our data architecture by developing innovative solutions that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive solution and data architectures aligned with corporate goals and industry best practices.
  • Create and maintain detailed architecture models, roadmaps, and strategies to guide the evolution of our data infrastructure.
  • Champion a clear vision for data architecture within both IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing solution portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and solution approaches to identify opportunities for innovation and advancement.
  • Establish robust data architecture principles and standards that promote consistency, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, security, and data governance teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of data strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to technical teams on data modeling, optimization, and best practices for representing data in a meaningful way for business processes.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive data models and metadata repositories to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Recommend and implement industry-leading data standards, procedures, and solutions that enhance data quality, governance, and security.
  • Conduct thorough risk and cost analyses for proposed data solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on data architecture and management.
  • Deep expertise in API design, data modeling techniques, and best practices for data governance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of security principles and best practices for protecting sensitive data.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic technological environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
