About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to lead and support our enterprise software applications. This role will be responsible for the technical configuration, development, and user support of our data systems, ensuring they effectively meet the needs of our global organization.

Responsibilities
  • Deep Understanding of Business Needs: Possess a comprehensive understanding of CSA Group's data systems, services, technologies, and how they integrate within our overall technical landscape. Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Data Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and design robust data solutions based on detailed business requirements, adhering to industry best practices and data governance principles.
  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and consultation to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment for successful implementation of data-driven initiatives.
  • Data Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, test, deploy, manage, and monitor critical data infrastructure, systems, and services on a global scale.
  • Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactively identify and resolve escalated data issues, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience in information systems.
  • Proven experience leading data migration/architecture/design for large-scale projects (e.g., ERP or CRM implementations).
  • Strong understanding of data platforms/sources/tools; preferably experienced with Databricks, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
