Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CLC Building Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
