Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies, managing visual displays, and promoting products to customers.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

Our store is a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
