Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative administrative procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assess and refine existing administrative protocols.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage policies and procedures concerning the release of records in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Coordinate and organize office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Oversee and manage office administrative operations.
  • Commission systems and components as needed.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
