- Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to relevant codes and regulations.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, with occasional travel to project locations.
