Intermediate Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Contract Administrator to join our team at City Build Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction contracts, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate documentation of project progress.
  • Review and approve contractor submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are on track and within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration within the architecture industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites across the province.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
