About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our client sales and service business group, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service existing clients' portfolios under the direction of the Account Executive.
  • Coordinate the client renewal process by collaborating with all members of the client service team to ensure coverage is secured and client deliverables are met.
  • Assist the Account Executive in securing updates from clients in the renewal process.
  • Receive and process client requests and review documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations.
  • Prepare client service summaries, program reports, and manage client accounts receivables.
  • Assist with establishing account-specific service plans and delivery approaches that support coverage solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive as may be required.
  • Assist clients with interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements.
  • Explore opportunities for expanded Aon products or services with clients.
  • Serve as the internal contact point on all aspects of account activity, collaborating closely with clients to receive and provide relevant information.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of commercial insurance experience is preferred.
  • RIBO license required.
  • CIP and/or CAIB is preferable or working towards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to learn and work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work with diverse and remote teams.
  • Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, monitor, and control workflow deadlines and be flexible.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
