We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Phoenix Marketing Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select and develop executive staff
- Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls
- 1-2 years of experience in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
