About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Cuchillo Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Estimate food requirements to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste.

Culinary Operations Management

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless execution of menu items. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Staff Management and Development

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Inventory Management and Control

Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment. Implement cost-saving measures to optimize kitchen operations.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
