About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at GoBest Immigration Services. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to promote our services and engage with our target audience.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our services and build our brand.
  • Research and Content Creation: Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support our marketing efforts, including social media content and press releases.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media to secure press coverage and promote our services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
