About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at T-One Group Realty Inc., Brokerage. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Marketing Policies

Develop and implement marketing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing channels.

Evaluate Communication Strategies

Evaluate the effectiveness of our communication strategies and programs, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements.

Implement Communication Strategies

Implement communication strategies and programs to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Oversee Content Creation

Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, website content, and other marketing materials.

Conduct Market Research

Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products to stay ahead of the competition.

Prepare Marketing Materials

Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, articles, brochures, and other marketing materials to support our business objectives.

Coordinate Events

Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness of our brand and products.

Manage Communications

Gather, research, and prepare communications material to ensure consistency and accuracy across all marketing channels.

Develop Marketing Portfolio

Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our brand and products.

Work Term and Language

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
