Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Senior Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Communicate and interact directly with clients and customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and lead promotional sales campaigns, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Identify specific target markets to help promote our clients' products and services to.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate and present territory research to the rest of the marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and showcase leadership skills throughout the entry-level program.
  • Brand Awareness: Build brand awareness and recognition through the implementation of individualized marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Support every angle of marketing with a customer-first approach to drive growth and brand loyalty.
  • Results-Driven: Deliver results to our clientele daily and meet all objectives and goals.
  • Project Support: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with any other designated projects as needed.

Requirements and Expectations

  • Education: Associate's degree or 4-year degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in customer service or a customer-centric industry is required.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated, team-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, versatile and dependable, friendly, positive, and upbeat personality.
