About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content
  • Event Planning
    • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
    • Develop and execute event marketing plans
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
