We are a leading construction company seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and maintain accurate records.
    • Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare tax returns.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
    • Requires attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent written communication skills.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
