Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support, planning and research on new support technologies, and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will have experience with technical support, cloud administration, and mobile device management, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues
  • Plan and research new support technologies and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers and end-users to deliver high-quality results
  • Manage a case workload and other project tasks
  • Research cloud-first task automation
  • Participate in enterprise operations and security management
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions

Requirements

  • Completion of one term in an information technology-related course
  • Experience with technical support (Windows and iOS)
  • Understanding of both Android and iOS mobile device and mobile device management solutions
  • Experience working in a team
  • Understanding of cloud administration
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Advanced computer literacy
