About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at 1132151 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the housekeeping department.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their housekeeping needs and preferences.
  • Staff Support: Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Departmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff.
