About the Role

The Product Manager, Growth Business will lead the evaluation and execution of growth initiatives, including new products and product iterations/extensions. This individual will work closely with key systems, including Genesis, MyEquitable, EQConnect, PPLUS, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a product and industry expert, identifying new products and product enhancements to round out the product suite.
  • Negotiate with external organizations, including insurers and managing general agencies, to expand EQB's partner institutions and approved carriers.
  • Create and maintain various reports to assist with the management of efficiency.
  • Communicate with staff members to ensure company goals and objectives are understood and achieved.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in a financial field.
  • At least 5+ years of Product Management experience in the financial services industry.
  • 2+ years of highly preferred lending experience.
  • 2+ years of highly preferred Anti-Money Laundering (AML) knowledge & Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATL) practices.
