Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our billing operations, ensuring seamless invoicing and compliance with our systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and close files in various systems
- Generate customer invoices and quotations
- Support inter-company transactions and budget follow-up
- Collaborate with the consulting department and monitor work in progress
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and compliance
Requirements:
- DEC or DEP in accounting
- Minimum 3 years' experience in billing and financial operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
