We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SKYLIN NAILS AND BEAUTY. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining a calendar.
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked front desk area.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
