Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate employee performance
  • Organize and plan daily activities within the establishment
  • Recruit and train new staff members
  • Establish work schedules for employees
  • Decide on the types of services to be provided and implement operational protocols
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Calculate costs associated with products and services offered
