About the Role

Ruscana Intertrade Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports, providing insights into inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff members in inventory management and supply chain best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability.
