About the Role

Ruscana Intertrade Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, performing routine checks and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • General Office Duties: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Estimation and Reporting: Estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects, preparing and maintaining progress reports as needed.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring a high level of competence and adherence to company standards.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
