Job Title: Material Coordinator

Ruscana Intertrade Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Material Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed
  • Perform general office duties as required
  • Estimate material and labor requirements for projects
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Train and develop staff members
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
