Job Summary

Ruscana Intertrade Inc. is seeking a skilled Materials Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery to maintain productivity.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform general office duties, including administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Estimate material and labor requirements for production, construction, and other projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Project manage tasks and activities to ensure timely completion and meet deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
