Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Eastern Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and building strong relationships with our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Manage and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the lighting industry, with a focus on LED lighting sales
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
