Tremco Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and directing a sales force to generate sales of roofing material and services to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual strategic business plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing roofing contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other related events to promote our product and develop new contacts
  • Develop and execute local marketing activities to promote our brand and products in the region

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of management experience in sales or sales management
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sociology, English, Architecture, or Engineering
  • LEED Certification
  • Leadership and managerial skills
