Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Midtown Plaza location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience
  • Assist customers in finding the best products to suit their needs and provide expert advice
  • Process sales, restock shelves, and perform housekeeping duties
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous sales and retail experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience in home styling or fashion retail an asset
