About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at First Choice Supermarket & Halal Meat. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the store.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
