We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Stokes Inc. - Head Office. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting our Store Manager and Assistant Manager in meeting company objectives in terms of sales, hours, and profitability.
Main Responsibilities- Effectively assist the Manager and Assistant Manager to meet company objectives in terms of sales, hours, and profitability, in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure that the image and standards of customer service are consistent with company policies.
- Perform various tasks, including markdowns, red labels, and promotions, as directed by head office.
- Maintain a good atmosphere of team spirit and receive, unpack, and place goods in the appropriate places.
- Enjoys working with the public and has good interpersonal skills.
- Successful completion of high school and previous experience in the retail environment would be an asset.
