Your responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, proficient, and timely service and repairs to all clients in direct support of the sales team, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Follow account protocols, responsible for fault isolation and maintenance of equipment at client locations.
- Promote Stryker's offerings by identifying opportunities to meet additional customer needs and coordinating with relevant personnel for follow-up.
- Provide post-sale training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Conduct warranty services, upgrades, field actions, preventative maintenance, installations, deliveries, and any other required services for clients.
- Complete all administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of product support solutions, repair orders, service requests, product inquiries, field actions, and part orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of Stryker equipment, service parts, and tools, conducting regular cycle counts and verifying tool calibration. The role involves significant travel within the designated territory.
What you need to succeed
- Post-Secondary Diploma required; University Degree preferred.
- Relevant technical experience in the field.
- Background from a Technical School in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical disciplines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Eligibility to work in a healthcare environment and travel as necessary.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail is essential for data entry tasks.
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Must possess an excellent driving record.
- Bilingual proficiency (French and English) is an asset.
