We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic and Millwright to join our team at Fraser Plastics Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical equipment, assembling stationary industrial machinery, detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions, reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements, constructing foundations for machinery, repairing or replacing defective machinery parts, performing routine maintenance work on machinery, operating machining tools to fabricate parts, installing machinery and equipment, and operating hoisting and lifting equipment.

Work Environment:

The work environment is noisy, and the successful candidate must be able to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and have attention to detail.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
