Fraser Plastics Ltd is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic and Millwright to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Mechanic and Millwright to assemble, install, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery in our Maple Ridge facility.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Construct foundations for machinery and equipment
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
  • Install and operate hoisting and lifting equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in a noisy environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.50 and a 40-hour workweek. Overtime is available at a rate of $48.75 per hour.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date as soon as possible.
