Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Briesam Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and staff
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential issues
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Rural area experience preferred
  • Willingness to relocate
Work Environment
