Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Briesam Corporation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Willing to work in a rural area or various locations.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Other Benefits: Free parking available, permanent employment, and a 35 to 40 hour workweek.
The primary language of this role is English.
