Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Briesam Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects on construction sites, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage and train a team of construction workers to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction or a related field.
- Or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will work outdoors on construction sites, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
Work SettingThis is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek, offering free parking and a competitive salary.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
