Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Briesam Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Select and manage trade subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support construction projects.
- Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate construction.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to relocate to various locations.
- Work in a rural area or various locations.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- English language.
- Free parking available.
