Job Title: Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team at DCD Design & Manufacturing Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Distribution: Coordinate the timely and efficient distribution of goods to meet customer demands.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare accurate and complete shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and identify any discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and meet productivity goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
