Are you a seasoned expert in the veterinary sector seeking a new opportunity? As a bilingual catalog consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting practices with the transition to our unified VetStrategy catalog and collective approach, as part of our comprehensive migration to an advanced cloud-based system.

This position encompasses more than merely overseeing the transition to a standardized catalog. You will have the unique chance to enhance our standard catalog by modifying existing codes to align with a new coding framework tailored to the specific requirements of clinical personnel. By utilizing your hands-on experience, you will join a team dedicated to making a substantial difference by optimizing operations, minimizing manual data entry tasks for clinical staff, and allowing clinics to concentrate on their primary mission: enhancing the well-being of pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our standard VetStrategy catalog from both veterinary and commercial viewpoints.
  • Collaborate with clinics and HCAT advisors to facilitate their transition to our standardized catalog and collective methodology.
  • Ensure uniformity of all service and product codes across clinics.
  • Accurately implement supplier price adjustments in converted patient management systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the harmonized catalog, offering continuous support and troubleshooting assistance to HCAT advisors.
  • Assist teams in navigating the change management process by providing support throughout.
  • Coordinate with various departments to guarantee seamless conversions in line with the overall project schedule.
  • Deliver regular updates on progress to the project team.
  • Engage in additional projects as required.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in veterinary medicine.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to excel in uncertain environments and effectively manage change.
  • Familiarity with one or more patient management systems and the aptitude to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Proven adaptability and quick learning ability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
