Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at GENERAL FREIGHT. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the switchboard, process information, and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and receiving payments.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
