Job Summary
The Manager, Regional Center Services is a key leadership role responsible for the effective management and coordination of center-wide services. This includes facilities-related issues, operational initiatives, infection control processes, volunteer services, and emergency preparedness plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide center leadership through consultation and coordination of administrative and operational activities.
- Develop and implement departmental and organizational goals and objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Lead center-wide initiatives and projects that cross various programs and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain support services functions.
- Provide operational center leadership for Emergency Management and Preparedness.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare-related field.
- Five years of recent related experience, including two years in a managerial/leadership capacity.
