Job Summary

The Regional Center Services Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management and coordination of center-wide services, including facilities-related issues, operational initiatives, infection control processes, volunteer services, and emergency preparedness plans. This role provides leadership and promotes the philosophy and goals of the organization by applying and evaluating standards, policies, practices, and procedures to the assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide center leadership through the consultation and coordination of various administrative and operational activities, working closely with clinical staff to identify improvements.
  • Develop and implement departmental and organizational goals and objectives, policies, and procedures, developing action plans and coordinating center-level systems and strategies to enable effective operations.
  • Lead center-wide initiatives and projects that cross various programs/services through to implementation, developing project plans and incorporating change management approaches, developing communication strategies, monitoring projects, providing progress reports, and taking corrective action to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, where applicable, to maintain support services functions, coordinating renovations, facility improvements, and space planning.
  • Provide operational center leadership for Emergency Management and Preparedness on issues, policies, and education across the center, preparing agendas and co-chairing the center emergency management committee, collaborating, working, and partnering with PHSA Emergency Management Leads as appropriate.

Requirements

  • A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare-related field.
  • Five (5) years of recent related experience, including two (2) years in a managerial/leadership capacity.
