You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.
Processing Information and Providing Customer ServiceYou will obtain and process information required to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Administrative TasksYou will be responsible for ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending invoices, maintaining work records and logs, receiving and issuing payments, and performing various clerical duties.
Communication and Customer ServiceYou will answer telephone calls and relay messages, calculate billing charges, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
