Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Freight Shipper to join our team at ELEMENTS CARRIER INC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from one place to another.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the most efficient method of shipment to meet customer needs
- Schedule the distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and tracing
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
This role will be based in a commercial facility, with opportunities to work with various stakeholders, including freight forwarding companies, trucking companies, and warehouses.
