Freight Coordinator

Join ELEMENTS CARRIER INC as a Freight Shipper and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight from one location to another.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Method of Shipment: Analyze shipment requirements and select the most efficient transportation method.
- Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient handling.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Freight forwarding company, trucking company, warehouse, commercial facility, or shipping company/agency.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Familiarity with scanners.
1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
